Summer Charcuterie Board

Stepping up our summer snack game.

Here are my tips for your summer charcuterie board:

  • Start with a standout cheese. I love local goat cheese and Gruyére

  • Add a cured meat, seasonal fruit like berries & nectarines, and a sweet jam or honey.

  • Give summer vibes with herbs and edible flowers.

  • Place the largest items on the board first & group like items together.

  • Add salted nuts, olives and a toasted baguette to fill in the gaps.

  • Enjoy with sparkling lemonade
